Frankly is run by Rook Industries, Inc. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18.
What Frankly does
Frankly uses AI to give feedback on resumes and draft cover letters. Its output is an opinion and can be wrong. We do not promise interviews, jobs or any result. You are responsible for checking that anything you send to an employer is true.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Do not upload anything you have no right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to get around its limits, attack it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Frankly Pro
Checking your resume is free, three checks a month. Frankly Pro is $9.99 a month, plus any applicable tax, and includes tailoring to a job, resume rewrites for a job and cover letters. Use is unlimited for normal job hunting; fair use is 100 tailoring runs a month, resetting on the 1st (UTC). Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in one click from your account page. When you cancel, nothing more is charged and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. There is no annual commitment and no trial. If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses until the payment goes through.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or if you ask us within 14 days of a charge and have not used Pro. We will tell you before we change the price, and the change applies from your next renewal. If you bought tailoring runs earlier, they stay usable in your account. Deleting your account cancels Pro and deletes any unused runs with it.
Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms and will post updates here. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
